 The new establish FCT Assembly Sdn. Bhd is a subsidiary company wholly owned by FCT Assembly Inc. USA is looking for qualifying candidate to join the company to develop the local market.

Our job vacancy as list below:

1.     Administration Officer cum Human Resources Executive Officer.

Salary range RM2,800 to RM4,500

 

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree:

A master's degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a related field is often preferred for higher-level management positions.

Certifications:

Professional certifications like PHR, SHRM-CP, or CHRP can enhance a candidate's resume and demonstrate expertise.

Knowledge of computer literacy and accounting software.

Experience:

HR Experience:

Prior experience in HR administration, operations, or a related field is essential. This could include experience in areas like recruitment, payroll, or employee relations.

Administrative Experience:

Experience in administrative roles, particularly in an HR setting, is valuable.

Years of Experience:

Companies typically look for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.

Minimum 2 years’ experience as Account Executive and Office administration works.

2.     Technician

Salary Range RM2,800 to RM3,500

Qualification:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent。

Certificate programs, diplomas or associate degrees in a relevant field (e.g., IT, electronics, mechanical engineering) can enhance job prospects.

Knowledge of computer literacy.

 Experience:

Provide hands-on experience and practical skills development.

On-the-job training: May provide training to help technicians learn specific systems and procedures.

Technical Skills:

Understanding of technical systems and processes: Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or other relevant systems is often required.

Soft Skills:

Problem-solving: Technicians need to be able to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.

Communication: Effective communication with colleagues, clients, and supervisors is essential.

Knowledge of computer literacy.

Working Location: Ipoh / Penang

Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9.00am to 6.00pm)
